3 bedroom 8 berth 39 x 12ft Sunseeker Solis.Key features: Veranda, double glazing, fan heating, wi-fi access, allocated parking, enclosed garden, piped gas, fridge freezer, family shower room, en-suite toilet, comfortable lounge with flat screen TV.
DOG FRIENDLY The owner of the caravan is happy to allow well trained dogs in the caravan. The dogs can be added to in the booking process.
LOUNGE Open plan design, two sofa settees to cater for all the family, corner cabinets with flat screen TV, DVD and electric fire. The lounge includes an occasional pull-out bed for extra guests. Maximum of 8 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area is comfortable with fixed corner seating plus stools.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has three bedrooms; the master consists of one double and fitted wardrobe with en-suite WC. The twin bedrooms have small, fitted wardrobes with radiators.
Duvets and pillows are supplied – linen can be added on at an extra charge at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET The shower room has a shower, toilet, wash basin. The caravan has an en-suite wc as well.
HEATING Gas fire in the lounge and fan heating in the bedrooms.
WI-FI ACCESS Wi-Fi are supplied at no additional cost and maintained by a third party; therefore, Newmans cannot guarantee its access, speeds and usage.
GARDEN Fenced grassed side area.
PARKING Private parking space to the side of the accommodation.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
